Experience Does Make A Difference!
In 1976 I had a decision to make ... Take an offer from the company I was working for and move out of state OR stay in the Lakes Area and find another career. My choice was to stay and it was the correct one. I started my new Real Estate career in a down market, so I had to learn to work hard from the start, learning that success comes from hard work.
Since starting, I have seen and experienced many changes in the way the Real Estate business is transacted ... from a one page sales contract, to now over 20 pages for a cash sale AND back then having all the property data on a 3" x 5" index card, to now having multiple data sheets, disclosures, agency, and even specific web pages for listings. The loan process has become a long and uncertain with new requirements. I can assist buyers in this process as well.
One thing however has not changed and that is the need for Buyers and Sellers to get good solid counseling from somesone who knows the market and current trends. Sellers often need advise on what needs to be done to their property in order to get the best price AND Buyers need someone with experience to inform them of the pro's and con's of the properties they consider purchasing or leasing. I provide them with 35 years of full-time market experience in the Real Estate market.
